Your Privacy Matters

RitmePundi is designed with privacy at its core. We believe you should have complete control over your data. This policy explains what limited information we access, why we need it, and how it is handled.

Device Permissions

The app may request the following permissions. Each one is optional and can be changed at any time in your device Settings.

• Camera & Photo Library

  Used only when you attach images for customer support. The camera is never activated without your action.

• Microphone

  Used only for audio messages to customer support, and only with your explicit consent. Never used for background listening.

• Advertising Identifier (IDFA)

  Helps us measure how users discover RitmePundi through advertising campaigns and attribution services such as Adjust. IDFA is a random identifier that does not reveal your identity. You can reset it in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

How We Handle Your Data

Local Storage

All your work data — projects, time tracking sessions, settlements, and earnings — is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not operate any servers that collect or store your work data.

You Are in Control

Export your complete data as a JSON file anytime from Settings. Restore it when switching devices. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

What We Collect

For basic service operation, we may receive:

• Your device's IP address when communicating with our service
• App version and operating system information
• Pages or screens you visit within the app

None of this is linked to your personal identity.

Third-Party Services

We use Adjust solely for install attribution — to understand which advertising channels bring users to RitmePundi. Adjust's privacy policy governs any data it processes on our behalf.

Children's Privacy

RitmePundi is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 years of age.

Security

Since your work data lives on your device and iCloud, it benefits from Apple's hardware-level encryption and security protections. We employ commercially reasonable measures to protect any limited data transmitted to our service.

Your Rights & Updates

Access, Correction & Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Contact us using the information below to exercise these rights.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
